We offer flexible scheduling and make every effort to work within your schedule requirements. We have customers who prefer to be home when we clean and others who prefer to be away. Although it is not necessary for you to be home, we are accustomed to family members staying in the house and we make every effort to work around them.
We do not make arbitrary changes to your assigned clean team and attempt to give you the same cleaning people each time.
We guarantee our results. If you notify us within 24 hours of our cleaning that you are dissatisfied, we will return and reclean the problem area.
Maid King has gone the extra mile to insure quality service to you, our most valued customers. Our staff is carefully selected and a specific criteria must be adhered to at all times.
Effective January 1, 2000, if you are scheduled for service and need to cancel, we request that you give at least 24 hours notice. If not, a $25 trip charge will apply. This also includes "Lockouts." Proper notification allows us to attempt to reschedule another house in the empty time slot as we frequently have a wait list. If you live outside of Chambersburg, you will be charged 1/2 of your regular cleaning charge.
